With over a decade of experience in education, including 8+ years as an IT teacher and a background in English language tutoring, I've mastered the art of designing engaging learning experiences. My early academic focus on eLearning (university thesis, 2004), coupled with hands-on experience using Adobe Captivate and managing content on FrogLearn and Moodle LMSs, provided me with a strong foundation in digital learning content. I've led IT curriculum development, crafted and delivered dynamic in-person lessons, and facilitated professional growth for other teaching staff. Now, I'm channeling this passion and my IT/education background into a career as an Instructional Designer & Developer, dedicated to creating impactful digital learning solutions that drive performance.
